Is there a minimum order amount?

How fresh is your meat and produce?

Although we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service, our number one priority is the quality, freshness and taste of our produce and meat. Our testimonials speak for themselves and we also offer a 100% money back guarantee should you not be happy with our service.

Is your meat and produce Aussie grown?

The vast majority of our produce and all our fresh meat is sourced from West Australian farmers. We only source produce from the eastern states if we have supply or quality issues locally. Any imported produce is clearly marked with the country of origin in the title for easy identification. 

What is the delivery charge?

For orders over $85 delivery is free. For orders under $85, a $10.50 delivery fee is charged.

Where do you deliver?

We delivery to virtually all of Perth between Yanchep and Dawesville. Please check our delivery locator for more information.

When do you deliver?

WA Fresh Delivered deliver five days a week Monday to Friday.

We don't finalise delivery routes until the morning of delivery, every day is different and deliver times can vary however we don't normally start delivering until 9 to 10am and most deliveries are completed by 5pm. Feel free to shoot through a message any time after 7am on the day of delivery and we will be able to give you an approximate delivery time.

Our system sends out an automated txt message within 30 minutes of delivery and another after your order has been delivered.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

No.

What is the cut-off time for placing an order?

3am on the morning of delivery.

What happens if I am not home to accept the delivery?

You don't need to be home for delivery, we delivery in insulated bags and use frozen water bottles to keep your food cold. If you're not home our driver will leave your order in a shady spot by your front door or you can leave specific instructions in the comments section at checkout. 

How long will my order remain cold for?

We place frozen water bottles in our insulated bags to ensure your order arrives in market-fresh condition. Our bags keep food fresh for a minimum of six hours and often longer. The bottles of water, incidentally, are on us. 

Am I able to specify a delivery time?

At this stage, this isn’t possible, but this is something we are working on.

What do I do with my empty delivery bags?

We’d appreciate it if you could leave empty delivery bags out for our staff to collect when delivering your next order. Cleaning and reusing these bags enables us to minimise waste and continue offering the best possible value. You can also return any packaging material used in your order to us and we will drop it off at a local recycling plant in Canning Vale on your behalf.

What happens if a product is not available or the quality is not suitable for delivery?

We will always try to offer an alternative, if that is not suitable we issue a store credit or offer you a refund if you prefer.

What do I do if there is a mistake or problem with my order?

We want all WA Fresh customers to be 100 per cent satisfied with our service and produce. On the rare occasion you are not, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery and we will organise a replacement, credit or refund.

Do I need to register an account?

For your convenience, we suggest registering an account but if preferred, customers are also welcome to checkout as a guest

How do I pay?

We accept Visa & MasterCard.

How do I know my credit card details and personal details are secure?

We use the same encryption technology used by banks and financial institutes to protect your privacy. We have no access to any of our customers’ banking details and will never share your email address or personal information. Like you, we don’t appreciate receiving unsolicited communications.
