Fresh fruit and vegetables not only tastes better, but keeps longer and provides better nutrition. And thanks to our buying model, grower-direct produce reaches you faster and fresher than traditional supermarkets and greengrocers.

We also source our meat from a family-run butcher that shares our commitment to quality, and vacuum packs your meat to help ensure that quality is kept all the way to cooking (helping to reduce packaging and food waste - something we're committed to taking the lead on wherever we can).

Our fleet of refrigerated trucks and packing methods help ensure your order is delivered in the best possible condition.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our country customers receive SMS notifications when their orders are ready to collect from their designated delivery location.

We also stand behind what we sell, and we'll always do our very best to make it right if and when you receive something that doesn't meet the standards you and we expect.

We take a strong stance on doing what we can for the environment, because a large part of our business - being the availability and quality of fresh produce - depends entirely on the health of the planet.

Some of the steps we take include:

  • removing as much plastic as we can from our operations,
  • recycling whatever we can, and
  • managing our fleet to ensure as little on road and idle time as possible.

When and where we deliver

We deliver within the Perth metropolitan area five days a week from Monday to Friday; and to other areas on regular days of the week.

To find out if we deliver to your area, simply check your postcode at the top of the page. You can find our full delivery schedule on our Help Centre.

During checkout, you'll be shown the available delivery days for your postcode you can select from.

We also plan our delivery runs daily, depending on customer locations, order volumes, and staff availability. Whilst you don't have a fixed delivery time - customers who provide their mobile number receive a text message when your order is next to deliver and our driver is within 30 minutes of your address, which has a link to track the drivers' progress to you.

And don't worry if you're not at home - as your order is packed to stay fresh until you get home, and will be left in a safe location out of the elements.

 

How to order

Simple, just create an account and start shopping. An account isn't required, but it helps you with re-ordering past items, and storing your address book for future orders.

You have until 3am on the day of delivery to checkout and pay for your order.
