Celery - Whole
Celery makes an excellent low fat snack and can be eaten raw or cooked. Celery is an excellent source of dietary fibre and a good source of Potassium, which counters an overload of Sodium in our bodies. It’s a great low fat snack, great in stews and casseroles and great for a little extra crunch in a salad. Celery can be eaten cooked or raw, it tastes good either way.
